The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Luxembourg (aws.amazon.com). Traffic is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (cloudflare.com), acting as content delivery network and security proxy.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, guides, tools, scanner designs, logo and design of this site belong to Willman Trade unless stated otherwise. Reproduction without prior written permission is not allowed, except for short quotations with a link to the source.

4. No investment advice

The content is general education. It is not investment advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Willman Trade is not a broker, investment firm or licensed financial adviser. See the full risk disclaimer.

5. Privacy policy

  • No personal data is collected or stored. There is no account, no login, no contact form and no newsletter on this site today. If accounts or paid plans are introduced with the scanners, this policy will be updated before any personal data is collected.
  • No cookies, no tracking. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Nothing needs your consent, so there is no cookie banner.
  • Tools run in your browser. Numbers you type into the risk calculator are processed locally and never sent to us.
  • Self-hosted fonts. Fonts are served from this site; no requests are made to Google Fonts or other third-party font services.
  • Technical delivery. Like any website, the request your browser sends (IP address, user agent, requested page) passes through Cloudflare, our CDN and security provider, and reaches our server at AWS. These providers may process this data briefly, under their own privacy terms, to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.
  • Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Since we hold no personal data about visitors, there is normally nothing to access or delete.
