Risk disclaimer
Read this before you click anything else.
If you cannot afford to lose the amount you plan to use, you should not day trade. No guide, tool, or scanner changes that.
- 1
You can lose the money
Most people who day trade lose money. Leverage and frequent trades make the losses faster, not smaller. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.
- 2
No advice
Nothing on the site is a suggestion to buy or sell a security, personal investment advice, or an offer of money management. Willman Trade is not a broker, investment firm, or licensed financial adviser.
- 3
Examples are illustrations
Prices, levels, tickers, and scenarios in the guides, tools, and scanner illustrations are illustrative examples chosen to explain a concept. They are not trade signals and not verified trading results.
- 4
No promise of returns
We do not promise, imply, or advertise any level of profit. Past or hypothetical performance — yours, ours, or anyone else's — says nothing about future results.
- 5
Scanners filter, they do not predict
A scanner lists stocks that match objective criteria at a given moment. Being on a list is not a signal to buy or sell, and says nothing about where the price goes next. Scanner data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; check prices with your broker before any trade.
- 6
Subscriptions buy software, not results
Paid plans, when they are offered, will give access to software, alerts, and education under their own terms of sale. They will not include personal advice, managed accounts, or any promise of profit.
- 7
The rules live with your broker
Capital requirements, margin, and what counts as a day trade differ by country, account, and instrument. Read your broker's terms. This site does not interpret them for you.
- 8
Your data
The guides and tools need no account today. The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us, and the site sets no tracking cookies. If accounts are introduced with the scanners, the privacy policy will be updated first.
- 9
Tax and law
We do not file your taxes and we do not give legal advice. Take that to someone whose job it is.
- 10
Your responsibility
You alone decide whether, what, and how much to trade, and you alone carry the result. By using this site you accept that the content is general education provided as is, without warranty.
